  • Glass
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese coffee or espresso
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

  • Optional honey fruit or crushed ice

Instructions

Notes

  • Use thick tangy yogurt for the best contrast with the sweet coffee.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
  • For a colder drink blend the yogurt and ice into a slush before adding coffee.
  • Vietnamese yogurt coffee is naturally rich and refreshing making it ideal for warm weather.
