- 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese coffee or espresso
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt or Vietnamese style yogurt
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- Optional honey fruit or crushed ice
Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
In a glass stir together yogurt and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add ice cubes to the yogurt mixture.
Pour the coffee over the top and let it cascade through the yogurt.
Stir gently before drinking or leave layered for presentation.
- Use thick tangy yogurt for the best contrast with the sweet coffee.
