Ingredients
  

Cane Sugar Syrup

  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • ½ cup water

Spritzer

  • 4 Tbsp cane sugar syrup or to taste
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • cups sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Raw sugar cane
  • Lime wheels garnish
  • Fresh mint optional

Instructions
 

Make the Cane Sugar Syrup

  • Add cane sugar and water to a small saucepan.
  • Warm over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Build the Spritzer

  • Fill two glasses with ice.
  • Add cane sugar syrup and lime juice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with raw sugar cane, lime wheels and mint if using.
  • Serve immediately while bubbly.

Notes

Cane sugar syrup gives you a clean, lightly caramel‑grassy sweetness that mimics fresh sugar cane juice without needing specialty ingredients. Adjust syrup to taste depending on how bright or sweet you want the spritzer. Add a shot of your favorite vodka for fun summer nights.
