- 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil

Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and black pepper. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef in a single layer and sear until browned, shaking the pan to cook evenly.
Remove from heat once beef is just cooked through.
Serve beef in lettuce cups with red onion and lime.
- For extra brightness, add a drizzle of lime juice over the beef before serving.
- Butter lettuce works best, but romaine hearts are a crisp alternative.
