Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons pandan simple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Optional 2 tablespoons diced young coconut meat
  • Optional fresh pandan leaf for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine the coconut milk, cold water, pandan syrup, and salt in a small pitcher and stir until smooth.
  • Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice.
  • Pour the pandan coconut mixture over the ice.
  • Top with coconut cream and swirl gently.
  • Add diced young coconut meat if using.
  • Garnish with a pandan leaf and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less pandan syrup.
  • For a lighter drink, replace half the coconut milk with additional cold water.
  • Chill the coconut milk beforehand for the coldest, creamiest texture.
  • Use homemade pandan syrup for the most aromatic flavor.
